Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return is initiated within the specified return window
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is provided


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  • Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label provided
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Follow the standard return process to return the original item
  • Place a new order for the replacement item
  • We recommend ordering the replacement before returning the original to ensure availability
  • Contact customer support for assistance with exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or tags
